1. Definitions

In these conditions:

"We" or "Us" or "the Website" means Pre Owned Luxury Watches and our successors or assigns;

"You" means the person, firm or company viewing the Website;

2. Your Responsibilities

2.1  To read the terms and conditions fully and to comply with them if you agree to enter into a transaction with us.

3. Liability

3.1 Although every care is taken in the preparation of the Website, you acknowledge that it is not technically possible to run the Website free of all faults, and we give no warranties as to the continued operation of the Website and accept no liability for any time the Website is not operational due to faults or maintenance.

3.2 You acknowledge that  we accept no liability for adverts on the Website being or becoming out-of-date, containing errors or omissions, or otherwise being factually inaccurate or misleading in any way; or for any matters arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to power cuts, acts of God, civil disturbance, terrorism, or government or parliamentary restrictions or prohibitions).

3.3 We shall not be liable in contract, in tort or otherwise for any loss of profits, business, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings nor for any indirect, consequential or economic loss whatsoever arising in connection with these conditions or your use of the Website.

3.4 All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law excluded, save that nothing in these conditions excludes or limits liability for our fraud or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

3.5 If notwithstanding the provisions of these conditions purporting to exclude or limit our liability we are found liable to you then our total liability to you in contract, tort or otherwise in arising in connection with these conditions shall be limited to the total of such fees paid or payable by you to us under these conditions.

3.6 The material on the Website is designed to comply with Scots law and we cannot be held responsible for any non-compliance with applicable local laws in any other jurisdiction.

4. Links to and from this Website

4.1 The Website may contain hypertext links to websites operated by third parties. We do not have control of such websites and you therefore acknowledge that we have no responsibility or liability for their content.

4.2 [You may establish a hypertext link to the homepage of the Website or to a specific advertisement provided that there is no implicit endorsement or recommendation of you, your website or your services thereby created. Any other linking to the Website is prohibited without our prior written consent].

5. Use of Information

5.1 All copying, reproduction, transmission, extraction, adaptation or distribution of material from the Website is prohibited, save that you may print out a copy or save a copy to your local hard disk for personal non-commercial use only. All copyright in the Website is expressly reserved by us.

5.2 You agree not to use the Website to engage in any activity which is unlawful (including but not limited to defamation, invasion of privacy, harassment, obscenity, the transmission of  pornography or blasphemous or racist material). You must not use the Website to create or send any viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other files which disrupt the use of the Website or of any connected network, software or hardware. We will cooperate with any authorised legal or regulatory body in its investigation of any activity which is in breach of this Clause 5.

6. General

6.1 These conditions shall be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with Scots law and you and we each irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts in respect of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these conditions.

6.2 If any provision of these conditions is unlawful, void or unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed deleted and its deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

6.3 No failure by us to exercise any of our rights under these conditions shall operate as a waiver of our rights.

6.4 The contract formed on these conditions between you and us is for the sole benefit of you and us and is not intended to confer any benefit upon any third party whether under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise and no third party shall have any right to enforce it.

6.5 Your rights under these conditions are personal to you and us and you shall not assign or transfer them. We shall be able to assign or transfer our rights under these conditions at will.

 

7.Postage Policy:

7.1           UK non-overseas orders will ship via Special Delivery overnight insured and certified mail guaranteed before 1pm. in most areas, before end of business day for some rural areas.
 

7.2           Overseas orders will ship via UPS International insured and certified mail and usually take 3-7 business days to arrive.

7.3           All shipments are FOB, any claim of loss will be with the carrier. Any claim for shortage, damage or loss, must be made within 10 days.

8. Return/Exchange Policy Guidelines

8.1 It is the Buyer's responsibility to inspect the item upon receipt and notify us by email if there is any issues with the watch.  If a watch is  damaged in transit then that is a claim against the courier, if the watch is not as described on our site then the wach can be returned for full refund.  There is a 6 month warranty on all watches and any watch that has stopped working for any reason other than a battery or damage that has been caused by the purchaser, can be sent back to us and it will be repaired or if it cannot be repaired a replacement or refund will be offered.


9. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

9.1         In order to return your watch you must meet the following guidelines:

If you are not fully satisfied with your watch due to the watch not matching the description and photos, you may return your watch for a refund.  Your refund amount will reflect less shipping and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Before shipping your watch you must first contact you us by email at admin@preownedluxurywatches.co.uk for a Return Authorization Number (RA Number).  Merchandise along with all accessories must be received on or before 3-business days from the date of purchase.   Any merchandise received without an RA Number or after the 3-business days will not be eligible for a refund.
 

9.2         In order to exchange your watch you must meet the following guidelines:

If you are not fully satisfied with your watch you may return your watch for an exchange only.  Items will be exchanged for equal or greater value, for merchandise of greater value the balance remaining will be the responsibility of the buyer along with any and all shipping charges.  Before shipping your watch you must first contact your sales representative for a Exchange Authorization Number (EA Number).  Merchandise along with all accessories must be received on or before 5-business days from the date of purchase.   Any merchandise received without an EA Number or after the 5-business days will not be eligible for an exchange.  By the end of the 5-business days you must decide what item you want to exchange for.  If a balance applies it must be paid in full also by the end of the 5-business days.


 

10   No returns, refunds or exchanges are allowed for the following: previously exchanged items

11   Pre Owned Luxury Watches reserves the right to refuse merchandise if guidelines are not met.

  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, paypal payments and bank transfers.
